Ok so I realize it is a month after the fact, but it has been a busy month! Keiras' birthday was a blast and it was soooo great to have the whole family here. It was extra special for me because I got to spend some time with my brothers, in fact we spent a whole day together just the three of us, with Keira of course, but we hadnt done that in forever so that was a highlight for me. Also it was just great for the family and corey of course to just hang out. Keiras party was great I think she had fun and definitely got into her cake!
I have run a couple of small races since the last time I posted, Carey and I ran the 5k Ostrich fest run and then also a local city 2k family fun run. I have sort of been slacking the last couple of weeks on the running, I tried to run yesterday but it was really windy and it was almost 90 degrees so I am going to have to stick to running at the gym through the summer or run really early in the morning... LOL yeah right. I am really loving the weather though we were able to spend the weekend outside working in the yard and laying in the sun! Last week my friend Sarah and her husband tim and 4mo old daughter Evan were in town and came to stay with us for a night it was so great to see them and hang out for a bit, Keira is still working on being gentle with her baby friends :) Hope everyone had a great easter.. until next time peace out
