We had such a great and relaxing 4th of july this year..and it rained!! If you lived in most other places you might be upset if it rained.. but here in july rain is like gold. We went from 110+ weather to 80s to low 90's which meant we could be outside and really enjoy it. We were invited to our good friends Kelly and Justins new place in scottsdale and had such a blast!! They cooked some great food and so after the kids swam we ate, talked and laughed and enjoyed the beautiful weather! We hadnt planned on staying late, the girls had dance intensive in the morning and with the drive home we didnt want them to be too wiped out. We left just in time for it to get dark and saw fireworks almost the whole way home! Overall it was a wonderful day!
