Wow I have been slacking on my blog...maybe I will get better next year....maybe not LOL anyway so this year was a little different, my family decided that it was best they stay put in WA. My mom is still doing traction to hopefully get her back stabilized, stretched and strengthened therefore it was best for her to continue with her treatment instead of flying here, my dad is slammed at work as well and really I think my brothers were probably happy to have the pressure of having to come here taken away :) So no family for the holidays this year. Well it just so happened that our good friends Carey and J decided to stay put this year since they are moving to cali in a month. So it was just the two families and we had a great time. I got to cook again this year and was much more calm and organized.. obviously cooking last year and having just had Jade was a little intense LOL Anyway the food was excellent the kids were so well behaved and overall it was a really good time. Its hard to believe that the marinellis are moving.. they were some of our first great friends here in AZ almost 8 years ago! and have become more like family to us. We are going to miss them immensely but wish them the best as they take the next step in their journey.. they will always be in our lives! I could post the millions of pics that I took but think this one of the kids just summed it all up! Thankful this year for family and friends who have become family!
